- Koshinage loading; changing to Kokyu-Nage

- Ushiro-Ukemi 20 times in 2 minutes

- Suwariwaza (Zagi) Ryote-Dori
- Waza (Techniques)
- Katate-Dori Kaiten-Nage (Soto-Mawari)
- Katate-Dori Kokyu-Nage (Like Kaiten-Nage Soto-Mawari)

*Students are required to complete each section in class before being approved to take the test. Upon completion of each section, students will receive a black stripe on their belt. When students acquire three stripes and complete the required hours, the Chief Instructor will approve the student to take the next test.
